You ran like they did. THANK YOU!The Celebrate! 5k/Fun Run is a charity trail race and fun run that begins at the Arlington Rink, loops around the Reservoir, and ends back at the Rink. It's a great chance to celebrate accomplishments and stories from the running/training season, a great chance to celebrate health and fitness, and a great chance to celebrate the memories of those who've lost their battle against cancer and the legacies of those who have fought or are still fighting. Proceeds from the event will support the Arlington High School Cross Country Teams and half of the proceeds will go directly to supporting basic, innovative cancer research at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in downtown Boston. It's going to be a great day for a great cause, so come out and celebrate with us! This year, The Arlington High School Cross Country Teams will again donate 50% of the proceeds from the Celebrate! 5k/Fun Run directly to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute's Barr Program in memory of Catherine Malatesta. It's a pretty awesome place staffed by very awesome scientists, doctors, and researchers. You can check out some more specific examples of the incredible work the Barr Program is doing for basic, innovative cancer research here. JOIN US ON JUNE 10, 2017!
